Are dental implants always better than dentures?

Can I get a bridge if I’m missing more than one tooth?

Yes. Bridges can replace one or several missing teeth, provided the surrounding teeth are strong enough to support them. In some cases, a bridge can also be supported by implants instead of natural teeth.
