Do you treat adults and children?

Yes. Optident is family‑focused and provides children’s dentistry and Myobrace® preventive orthodontics, with consultations in a child‑friendly environment.

How do I book an appointment and what are your opening hours?

Appointments can be booked online or by calling 01206 544 156. The clinic is open Monday–Tuesday 8 AM–8 PM, Wednesday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM, Friday 9 AM–8:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM–4 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Do you offer emergency dental care?

Yes – emergency dental care is listed among their general dentistry services . Contact the practice promptly if urgent help is needed.

What payment plans and finance options are available?

Optident provides 12‑month 0 % finance for private treatments over £250 (must be arranged before your first visit), and longer‑term low‑interest loans via Tabeo

Is there parking available?

Optident is centrally located in Colchester on St John’s Street, directly opposite St John’s Multi-Storey car park. You can park there, or in the NCP car park just a two-minute walk away — next to the local bus station.
